Blackened Catfish Fillet

Catfish fillet seasoned with our traditional blackened seasoning, seared in a cast iron skillet and finished to a deep black patina.

The quintessential Cajun dish made with 3 types of hot sausage, stewed with thyme, celery, bell peppers, onions, cayenne pepper and tomatoes.





Shrimp Creole

Sautéed in a savory Creole sauce with fresh celery, onions, bell peppers, garlic and
tomatoes, served over our Creole herb rice.

Chicken and Waffles

Lightly floured boneless and skinless chicken or chicken breast, cascading over fresh
buttered buttermilk waffle, accompanied with Sweet Mama Janisse’s Award-Winning
Soul Q BBQ Sauce & syrup.

Mama’s Fried Tofu

Tofu seasoned with herbs and spices then deep fried and served with Sweet Mama’s Creole Aioli.
